Our easy package is for our clients that want to design their own layout, but they need a little direction. With Prevue Design & Consulting, you will receive an eBoard via eMail with our design selections based on your likes and inspiration. You have the ability to take our concept and purchase the items on your own, as well as decorate the space with your own pizzazz. Our goal at Prevue Design & Consulting is to exceed your expectations while putting your mind at eeeezzzzz!
Our efficient package is for our clients that want our team to design their space with a detailed budget in mind. You will receive an eboard with our design selections based on your budget, an excel spreadsheet with the breakdown of cost and where to purchase the items, as well as a floor plan showing where to place the decor. You can take our concept and purchase the items on your own, as well as decorate the space with our inspiration. We give you a little more guidance to efficiently plan your space.
Our elaborate package is for our clients that want the complete vision. You will receive a design box delivered to you by mail and in the box will be a moodboard with our design selections based on your budget, samples of fabric and elements, a spreadsheet with the breakdown of cost and were to purchase the items, as well as a floor plan showing where to place the decor. You can take our concept and purchase the items on your own, as well as decorate the space with our knowledge and inspiration.

Here’s where we gather anything and everything about your project including photos, wishes, requests, you name it! You will receive an email from our consultation team at firstname.lastname@example.org, with a questionnaire that will help us determine your wants and needs for your design.
We Do The Legwork
Our team is working hard on your design! We start all of our projects on the following Monday after we have received everything needed to begin your project. You will receive an email from our design team email@example.com, letting you know that we have started creating your space.
Your Prevue Awaits
We complete all of our eDesign projects by Friday. If we complete your design before Friday, we will send it to you as soon as we do. Please allow the 5 days for your eMail delivery. If you chose the eLaborate package, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your box.
How will I know if you have received my information?
We check our notifications daily during the business work week and our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to start the process. We will gather as much information as we can to have a successful Monday start date. On the weekends, we are either at home with our families, out on location, or on call finishing up large design projects therefore we do not answer emails on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.
When should we expect our design to start?
You will first be contacted by one of our team members via firstname.lastname@example.org. Here, we will gather all information for the project and send you a design questionnaire. Once we view your questionnaire and answer any questions you may have, will we require payment before we proceed. Once payment has been received, your project will then go into our design department. You will receive further correspondence via email@example.com. We always start new projects as a team on the following Monday. Depending on how big or small your project is, most eDesign projects will be emailed to clients on that following Friday. Please allow the 5 days for our team to complete our planning process and eDesign delivery. There could be a possibility that we finish your project ahead of schedule and will send it to you before the Friday deadline.
When should we expect our design to be complete?
The timing of completed designs depends on the size of the project. We always start our eDesign projects on Monday’s. Our eDesign services, depending on the package you choose, typically take anywhere from 2 days to the 5 days to complete. Our on-location Interior Design and Wedding Planning services (NOT the e-design packages) usually have no intended completion date due to us ordering materials, visiting the job site multiple times, and working around contractors and home owners. With the team starting all projects on a Monday, please allow 5 days to either complete your eDesign project or we will send you a status update on Friday to inform you of what is pending for us to complete your project and give a possible ETA.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds on our design services. During our consultation process and with the help of questionnaires we have created, we will gather all important information about your wants, needs and wishes so that we have a very clear idea of how we will complete your project. Once we have sent you our design concept, you will have up to 3 changes you can make or add through the planning process. We will work with you to make sure that your design is the way you want it. *Some exclusions may apply.
I sent an email on Saturday, when should I expect to get a response?
On the weekends, we are either at home with our families or out on location finishing up large design projects. We do not answer emails on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Your email will be answered on Monday if you send it to us after 4pm Friday evening.
